All products in the Austin Research Institute, Inc. family are developed and manufactured to the highest standards possible for maximum effectiveness and longevity.

However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return any unopened bottles, unopened packages or unused products to us within 75 days of date of purchase. You will receive a refund for all unopened and unused products minus a 15% return processing fee. Shipping and handling fees shall not be refunded. No questions will be asked and all returns will be promptly refunded per the conditions stated above. All returns eligible for refund will be credited within 24 hours of receipt of returned items.

For orders placed via mail or money transfer, a check shall be issued and mailed. Please allow up to 5 business days for delivery via postal service.

For orders placed via credit card or electronic transfer, a credit shall be issued to the same through account which the original purchase was made. In the case of credit card payments, please keep in mind that your bank may take up to 72 hours to note the credit on your account.

Return authorization or prior notification is not required; however, please include either a copy of your original sales receipt or a note providing your name and address.

Note: A flat $60.00 fee will be assessed for any order cancellation, shipment refusal or non-deliverable order.
